THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.1413 OF 2014 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implication of the order dated 22.01.2014 in W.P.No.20610 of 2009.
This Court, in the said order, directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for payment of compensation under Section 147 of the G.H.M.C. Act to the extent of the land and building affected for the purpose of road widening and three months time was granted in the said order.
Now, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the Commissioner of G.H.M.C. has approved the file relating to payment of compensation to the petitioners. They are waiting certain documents from the petitioners. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners, if advised, to avail appropriate remedies. No costs.
