ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 30.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9664 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 30.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9664 of 2019, the respondents have considered the cases of the petitioners and rejected vide order dated 31.07.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the rejection order dated 31.07.2019, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
