This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 5/11/2009 in I.A.No. 231 of 2009 in O.S.No. 163 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka, whereunder the petition filed by the petitioners under Order VI Rule 17 read with section 151 of CPC read with Rule 28 of Civil Rules of Practice seeking to amend their plaint as a consequential relief of recovery of possession i.e., an additional prayer for mesne profits for which to direct the first respondent/defendant to pay Rs.5,00,000/- per annum as rent to the plaintiffs from 9/4/2007 i.e., date of vacating the statusquo order in I.A.No. 91 of 2007 or atleast from the date of decree of this suit till the date of delivery of vacant possession of the schedule property to the plaintiffs for her use and unauthorized occupation of the plaint schedule property was dismissed..
2. This Court admitted the Civil Revision Petition on 26/3/20010 and the same is pending.
3. The Registry of this Court has noticed from the computer list that the suit, OS.No. 163 of 2004 itself was disposed of on
8/8/2011. Accordingly the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
