HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.37874 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Certiorari to question Award dt.02-07-2001 in I.D.No.95 of 1999 of 4th respondent. Though in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the petitioner claims to be poor person and claim to have suffered financial crisis on account of his termination from his employment, nothing prevent the petitioner to avail the service of the Legal Services Authority and question the Award passed by the Tribunal-4th respondent within a reasonable time. Admittedly, the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition 14 years after the passing of the Award before 4th respondent.

Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition at this belated stage. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
