HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.11031 of 2015 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.10928 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.48 of 2015 of Shahalibanda Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC, Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 354-A(I)(i) of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013.

2. Pending the criminal petition, both parties filed Crl.M.P.No.11031 of 2015 along with affidavit of the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant, joint memo and memorandum of understand stating that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and, therefore, to accord permission to compound the above offences.

3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioners/A.1 to A.4.

4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.11031 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed

and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.48 of 2015 of Shahalibanda Police Station, Hyderabad City, are quashed against the petitioners/A.1 to A.4. The bail bonds of the petitioners/A.1 to A.4, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
