.. Respondents This Court made the following :
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2399 of 2016
ORDER :
On the application filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.143 of 2016 in O.S.No.12 of 2003, to examine petitioner in Chief and Cross, the trial Court appointed the Advocate Commissioner. However, having noticed the objection filed by the plaintiffs that in view of the strained relationship, it may not be possible for them to participate in recording of evidence, in the residence of the petitioner, the trial Court observed that the said request of the plaintiffs should be considered and liberty was granted to the Advocate Commissioner to record the evidence of petitioner in Chief and Cross at a place to be fixed by him.
2. Upon the clarification sought by the Advocate Commissioner, liberty was granted to the Advocate Commissioner to record the evidence of petitioner at any other place fixed by him.
3. As the original order is clear and categorical, I do not see any error in the clarification issued warranting interference by this Court. Hence, I see no merit in the Revision and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
