THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26555 OF 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in numbering and disposing the EP which has been filed by the petitioner on 05.08.2014. Now learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the EP has been numbered as E.P.No.1 of 2016. It is unfortunate that even for numbering the EP, the petitioner had to file the present writ petition.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the EP No.1 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
