HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.903 of 2017 Order:

The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with this revision is only to direct the Family Court to dispose of the main O.P., within a timeframe.

2. Heard Mr. T.N.M. Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner's grievance is that he is working in the United Arab Emirates and that he comes for every hearing without the case being disposed of.

4. In view of the limited nature of the prayer made, the revision is disposed of directing the Family Court, Vijayawada, to dispose of O.P.No.156 of 2016, within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
