This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw D.V.C. No.110 of 2013 from the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and transfer the same to the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
