23.09.2025 TMD, J W.P.No.24969 of 2025 It is noticed that on 18.09.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner had requested to dispose of the matter in the light of the similar orders and hence, it was directed accordingly. However, later during finalization of the order, it was noticed that the petitioner along with another person has already filed another Writ Petition in W.P.No.18668 of 2025 for payment of bills for supply of fish seed and the same was disposed of vide order dt.02.07.2025. The petitioner has again filed the present Writ Petition for release of the amounts towards the supply of fish seed for the year 2023-2024 and therefore, the matter has been listed under the caption "For being mentioned" today, but there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner both in the forenoon as well as afternoon sessions. In view of the same, the

matter is reopened and posted for admission.
