THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23375 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The sum and substance of the case of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities while granting lease in favour of respondents 4 and 5 included the lands of the petitioners.

During the course of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if the joint survey is undertaken by the respondent authorities, there can be a quietus for the entire issue.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology that the authorities will hold joint survey of the subject land and fix the boundaries.

Recording the said statements, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to undertake survey of the subject properties with the assistance of Revenue Department and Survey and Land Records Department, after issuing notice to all the stake holders including the petitioners and the unofficial respondents herein and to fix the boundaries pertaining to the subject area as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to take further action, if warranted. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
