THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI WRI T PETI TI ON No.16806 of 2015 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the respondents 3 to 5 for non payment of Land Acquisition Compensation amount of Rs.55,099,84/- vide award proceedings No.C2/939/09, dt.6.3.2012 with 15% interest to the petitioner for acquiring the land in Sy.No.517 an extent of Ac.2.10 gts equalent to the 10890 Sq.Yds situated at Pedda Nagaram Village, Narsimhulupeta Mandal, Warangal District is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to pay the Land Acquisition Compensation amount of Rs. 55,099,84/- vide award proceedings No.C2/939/09, dt.6.3.2012 with 15% interest to the petitioner for acquiring the land in Sy.No.517 an extent of Ac.2.10 gts equalent to 10890 Sq.Yds situated at Pedda Nagaram Village, Narsimhulupeta Mandal, Warangal District."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.34716 of 2013, dated 23.12.2013 and a copy of the same is placed on record as material paper. Operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"Recording the said submission of the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to take steps to deposit the amount of compensation payable to petitioner with the Special Deputy Collector/5th respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such deposit, 5th respondent shall take steps to release the amount to the petitioner within a further period of two weeks. No costs."

Following the above said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
