When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case ended in conviction of the accused vide order dt.06.07.2019 in C.C.No.42 of 2014, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
