HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.2334 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground that CCSR.No.806 of 2016 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, was assigned PRC.No.1 of 2017 and, as such, the petitioners intend to file yet another petition of like nature seeking quashment of the proceedings in the said PRC.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving aforesaid liberty.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
