THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1685 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 01.05.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.4994 of 2014.

While so, Ms.J.Sunitha, learned counsel representing Mr.D.Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform this Court that the aforestated order dated 01.05.2018 passed by this Court has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 16.10.2018 issued by the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Andhra Pradesh, is placed on record in evidence thereof.

In the light of this development, no cause is made out for exercise of contempt jurisdiction.
