Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered and in the order dated 05.10.2023 in CRL.P.No.9596 of 2023 at paragraph No.1 the Crime number shall be read as: 'Crime No.70 of 2023' instead of 'Crime No.46 of 2017'. The petitioner shall surrender before SHO on or before 06.11.2023 instead of 17.10.2023.

Registry is directed to issue the modified copy of the order to the above effect.
