HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2732 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 17.09.2014, which reads as under: "Since, the penalty of postponement of increment for one year, without cumulative effect, imposed on 29.11.2011 by the respondents to the applicant vide proceedings No.A3/10/MPR/NRNZB/2011, R.O.No.252/2011 expired by 27.12.2011, the applicant is liable to be considered for promotion to the post of Additional Superintendent of Police in the panel year 2013-14. Hence, the respondent are directed to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to the post of Additional Superintendent of Police (Civil) in the panel year 2013-14, subject to otherwise eligibility and seniority, without reference to the penalty imposed on 29.11.2011 "

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 17.09.2014, no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded to the same. 3.
