This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-Accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in CC No.753 of 2019 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally,Hyderabad which arose out of Crime No.166 of 2018 of Women Police Station, Charminar, Hyderabad.

2. On instructions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject Calendar Case was ended in acquittal on 77.05.2022. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
