HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.26791 of 2019 ++ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 15.4.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.199 of 2019.

Following the order dated 15.4.2019 in W.P.No.199 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to comply with the orders passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.8158 of 2013, dated 21.11.2013 as was done in the case of B.Veera Reddy, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
