COMMON JUDGMENT:

C.C.C.A. arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 14.11.2012, in O.S.No.371 of 2008 on the file of learned XIII Additional Chief Judge, (Fast Tract Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad. C.C.C.A.M.P.No.73 of 2015 is filed for recording compromise by filing a joint memo of compromise, dated 03.02.2015, signed by the sole appellant and the sole respondent, wherein terms of compromise were set out.

At the hearing, Ms.V.Nagalakshmi, sole respondent, is present and she has stated that she has entered into compromise on her own volition. Learned counsel for both the parties have also requested that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. In the light of the above facts, C.C.C.A.M.P.No.73 of 2015 is ordered recording compromise and consequently, C.C.C.A.No.45 of 2013 is disposed of in terms of memo of compromise, dated 03.02.2015. As a sequel to disposal of C.C.C.A., interim orders, dated 05.06.2013 and 18.07.2013, in C.C.C.A.M.P.Nos.237 and 309 of 2013 respectively are vacated and C.C.C.A.M.P.Nos.237 and 309 of 2013 and 542 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous.
