Syed Hussain Sha v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.40030 of 2015 ORDER:
The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents to include his name as pattadar and award compensation.
Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, on instructions, submits that, as against proceedings of the Tahsildar, Jagadevpur, dated 14.07.2015, an appeal is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Siddipet, and steps would be taken as per the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Siddipet.
Learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the order dated 05.12.2015 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Siddipet, wherein interim order granted earlier has been vacated.
Thus, there is no embargo to the respondents not to take steps in accordance with law. I note the petitioner made representation dated 31.07.2015, filed at Pg.No.16 of the material papers. However, till date no decision has been taken by the respondents.
Keeping in view the averments in the Writ Petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, I hereby direct respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation dated 31.07.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
