THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26934 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking any action against respondent Nos.7 and 8 upon his complaint.

The Inspector of Police, Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, addressed written instructions dated 08.07.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that upon the petitioner's private complaint made to the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Crime No.408 of 2012 was registered under Sections 382, 420, 447 and 506 I.P.C., read with Section 34 I.P.C., on the file of Saroornagar Police Station. However, after due investigation, the police found that no evidence was established to prosecute the accused. A final report was therefore filed reporting lack of evidence before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, on 30.09.2012. Intimation to that effect was also given to the complainant under Form No.96 dated 30.09.2012. Copies of the final report and the intimation dated 30.09.2012 are also placed on record.

In the light of the aforestated developments, it is for the petitioner, if he is aggrieved by the final conclusion arrived at by the police authorities, to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
