This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in C.C.No.866 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC was transferred and renumbered as C.C.No.41 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool, and that the said case ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 03.03.2014 against A1 to A3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
