This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.616 of 2015 on the file of the VII Senior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to be tried along with O.S.No.431 of 2012. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
