In this writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent is not considering his OTS application. Sri M.Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for State Bank of India appearing for the respondent placed before this Court the letter dated 04.10.2019 issued by the Assistant General Manager, State Bank of India, rejecting the proposal made by the petitioner, and a copy of such letter is made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In those circumstances, the relief claimed in the writ petition stands granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
