THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1510 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri K.L.N. Swamy, learned counsel representing Sri B. Buchaiah Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 09.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.26705 of 2015 in W.P.No.20726 of 2015, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with as the tender process pursuant to the notification dated 21.02.2015 has now been finalized.

In that view of the matter, there is no cause made out for exercising contempt jurisdiction.
