THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT APPEAL No.931 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 16.09.2015, passed in W.P.No.30303 of 2015.

By proceedings, dated 31.08.2013, the appellant was appointed as a Visiting Faculty in Civil Engineering Department of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies on contract basis. In the said proceedings, it is clearly stated that the appointment may be terminated by either party by giving one month notice or by paying one month salary in lieu thereof on either side. Thereafter, though the contract has been renewed, by Proc.No.RGUKT/Estt/2015, dated 18.08.2015, his services were terminated with effect from 17.09.2015 without assigning any reason. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant filed the present Writ Petition and this Court, by impugned order, dated 16.09.2015, dismissed the same.

Appellant is appointed on contract basis and as per the contract terms, it is open to either party to terminate the services by giving one month notice or by paying one month salary in lieu thereof on either side. As one month notice is given, we are of the view that the order of termination is in conformity with the terms and conditions of the appointment order. In that view of the matter, we do not find any merit in this appeal, so as to interfere with the impugned order.
