This petition is filed challenging the proceedings vide Rc.No.875/2016/B, dated 01.08.2016 issued by the 4th respondent, wherein it is alleged that the petitioner obtained online pass book duly suppressing the facts and misleading the authorities and that the same are liable to be cancelled at any time without giving notice.
Heard both sides.
The impugned proceedings dated 01.08.2016 issued by the 4th respondent is bereft of reasons and does not convey any meaning. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the impugned order dated 01.08.2016 is set aside and the 4th respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner calling for explanation and after considering the explanation of the petitioner pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. However, it is open for the petitioner to produce documents in support of her case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. No order as to costs.
