HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.23610, 23778, 23804, 23805 and 24039 OF 2002 COMMON ORDER:

Since the subject matter of these writ petitions is one and same, they are heard together and disposed of by this Common order. These writ petitions are filed declaring that the petitioners are entitled for regular absorption as L.D.C./Typist on the basis of qualifications and experience possessed by them in the 50% quota earmarked in initial cadres as per B.P.Ms.No. 36 and 37 dated 18.05.1997 in the existing vacancies as per the policy laid down by the A.P.Transco pursuant to the notification dated 28.04.2001 issued by the Superintending Engineer Operation Circle, Northern Power Distribution Company A.P. Limited Nizamabad, with all consequential benefits by holding the action of the respondents in not considering the cases of the petitioners for absorption as L.D.C./typist in the existing vacancies, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of admission, this Court granted interim order in all these writ petitions directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to attend the interview to be held on 30.11.2002.

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing counsel for respondents submit that by virtue of interim orders granted by this Court, the relief sought in the writ petitions worked out and no further orders are required. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed in terms of the interim orders. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Date: 08.10.2015
