When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication and has become infructuous, as DVC.No.57 of 2011, the proceedings of which were sought to be quashed, itself was disposed of. 2.

Recording the said representation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this Court on 24.10.2011 stands vacated.
