This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.176 of 2015 of Vikarabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC and Section 3(1) (x) of the SCs & STs (POA) Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Even though the complaint is lodged after lapse of one month, but in view of the nature of the allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
