This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.829 of 2013 in C.C.No.63 of 2012 on the file of the Court of XXIV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, dated 05.07.2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted. Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
