THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2236 of 2017 O R D E R This civil revision petition arises out of the order dated 22.03.2017 passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, in I.A.No.280 of 2017 in O.S.No.382 of 2015. While so, Sri T.V.S.Kumar, learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff, would inform this Court that the suit itself has been decreed.

That being so, the challenge to an interlocutory order passed in the said suit would no longer survive for consideration. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
