Petitioner claims by way of registered sale deed dated 23.08.2019 that she purchased Ac.0.35 guntas of land in Sy.No.474/AA of Gundumal village in Narayanpet district. After purchasing the land, possession was also delivered to her. On 19.09.2019 petitioner applied for mutation of her name in the revenue records through TSTS Limited.

Copy of the receipt issued by TSTS Limited is enclosed as Ex.P1 to the writ petition paper book.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar (2nd respondent) to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 19.09.2019 for mutation of her name in the revenue records by following due procedure as required by law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
