THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18628 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to forthwith pay all the maturity amounts receivable by the petitioners without any further loss of time together with interest.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 informed that after the liquidation of the bank and after collecting the amounts from the creditors, the maturity amounts have already been paid to the petitioners as per their claims and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
