THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27249 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.1. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to pressurise the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with the unofficial respondent. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents 2 and 3 are already transferred and as such no further orders are required in this writ petition. Keeping the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
