THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.16270 OF 2005 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri V.Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated Nil-09-2018, received by the Registry on 27-09-2018, wherein he stated that the petitioner retired from service and therefore the writ petition filed by him became infructuous.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order dated 26.07.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
