HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1882 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

2. For the reasons submitted by him, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the order dated 29.12.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.2386 of 2014 in M.C.No.29 of 2015 passed by the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tenali is set aside and N.B.W issued against the petitioner herein shall be recalled on the condition of the petitioner depositing the arrears of maintenance amount accrued till date in two equal monthly installments. The first installment shall be payable on 25.03.2015 and second installment shall be payable on 24.04.2015, failing which this order shall stand cancelled.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
