HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CRIMINAL PETITION No.10783 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.250/2013 of Kodad Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered against them for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 34 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet has been filed on 26.09.2013 and the case is numbered as C.C.No.552 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kodad, and hence the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. He, therefore, submits that the petitioners may be given an opportunity to challenge the charge sheet.

In view of the above fact that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case is numbered as C.C.No.552 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kodad, nothing remains for adjudication in this matter.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners/A.1 to A.4 may agitate their rights before the appropriate Court.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
