01.11.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Application is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and seeking relaxation of the condition by reducing the surety amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each, imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7821 of 2022 by common order dated 19.09.2022 while granting bail to them, in connection with Crime No.767 of of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each. The other conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2022 in Crl.P.No.7821 of 2022 remain unaltered.

With this modification, the application is ordered.
