When the matter is taken up, on instructions from the Municipal Corporation, Sri L.Venkateshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation submits that the Corporation-authorities would reconstruct the demolished portion. The same is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting four weeks time to the respondent-Municipal Corporation for carrying out the reconstruction work.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
