Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer filed a report on 24.03.2016 stating that the case registered against petitioners is referred as "civil in nature" and the petition has become infructuous. In view of the same, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
