Sri Rajendra Bussa, learned counsel for respondent No.7 submits that in view of the order, dated 21.08.2009 passed by this Court, respondent No.7 has not started operating the quarry and in view thereof, this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the interim order with liberty to respondent No.7 to apply for grant of lease in respect of any other quarrying site with direction to the concerned respondent to consider his application expeditiously. In the circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order, dated 21.08.2009. It is open to respondent No.7 to apply for grant of lease of any other quarrying site and if any such application is made, we hope and trust that the concerned authority shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law expeditiously. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
