HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40399 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to receive their application for grant of permission to construct a building in plot Nos.415 in Sy.No.374 situated at Kanajiguda, hamlet of Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, consider the same and approve the same without insisting for NOC and LRS approval.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are insisting to produce No objection certificate and LRS approval for considering their application for grant of permission to construct a building in the above plot.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, this Court is of the view that whenever an application is filed by a person, it is the duty of the authorities concerned to receive the same and pass appropriate orders. 5.

In the above circumstances, the petitioners are directed to file an application for building permission placing all the contentions, which were raised in this writ petition, and along with all necessary documents. On such application being filed, the respondents-authorities concerned are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, taking into consideration the cases of adjacent

land owners, whose applications were considered and to whom permissions were also granted.
