On 11-12-2015, when the matter has come up for hearing, no representation was made on behalf of petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 29-12-2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. In spite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal, when the matter has come up for hearing today, adjournment is sought casually without showing any sufficient cause, which indicates that petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for Non-Prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed.
