THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40896 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in insisting the petitioners to yield and settle to the terms of the fifth respondent connected to civil disputes and insisting the petitioners to vacate from their landed properties, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with the petitioners' personal liberty and properties and in civil disputes. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents 3 and 4 are interfering in the personal affairs of the petitioners herein and also insisting the petitioners to settle the case with the fifth respondent and thereby interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the fifth respondent. Hence, he prays to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the petitioners' landed properties and also in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the fifth respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the fifth respondent and also not to interfere in the petitioners' landed properties. The respondents 3 and 4 are further directed not to arrest the petitioners, if there is any crime registered insofar as the petitioners' landed properties are concerned, and complete investigation and file final report, if any, in accordance with law.
