HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26680 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent authorities, in not registering the complaint dated 03.06.2017 made by the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP).

Having perused the material on record, learned Government Pleader shall make over a copy of the complaint, said to have been made on 03.06.2017, to the Station House Officer, Devanakonda Police Station, Devanakonda, Kurnool District, who shall treat the same as a complaint lodged by the petitioner and if the complaint discloses non-cognizable offence F.I.R. shall be registered within one week from today and necessary action shall be taken. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
