When the matter came-up for admission on 14-08-2006, this Court passed interim order as follows: " On instructions, it is submitted that the petitioner has worked on deputation in the second respondent-temple from 1-3-2004 to 13-10-2004. It is also not in dispute that the petitioner was not paid salary for the said period. Whereas, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent that the first respondent is the custodian of the funds and he has deputed the petitioner to the second respondent-temple, which is undertaken by the TTDS; as such, first respondent is liable to pay the salary to the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent that the second respondent was addressed for payment of salary.

However, it is to be seen, the petitioner has worked under valid orders from 1-3-2004 to 13-10-2004 and without any valid reason, his salary is not paid. In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to pay salary due to the petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this order."

Now, it is stated by both counsel that in pursuance of interim order, the salaries of petitioner are paid. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 04-04-2016 Nvl
