Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the writ prayer. The petitioner can apply for survey and confine his activity to the extent to which he is entitled. Any deviation is noticed, the respondents are free to demolish the encroachment.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
