THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CONTEMPT CASE No.2280 of 2014 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri S.Sriram, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the respondents have not, as on date, violated the undertaking given to this Court not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the suit schedule property.

In view of the submission now made by Sri S.Sriram, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
